Countertop and floor-standing point-of-sale units, replicated identically across every store in a rollout.

What makes this category different
These are the constraints buyers in this category raise with us most often — and the reasoning behind how we answer them.
In a rollout, one fixture that is 3 mm out is a fixture that will not fit. We build from one frozen drawing with jigged assembly, keep the tooling, and issue an inspection record per unit.
A pre-assembled unit that occupies a cubic metre costs far more to move than a knock-down one. We design assemblies that flat-pack where the store has the resource to assemble them.
Assembly has to be obvious and tool-free, or units get built wrong and look wrong. Fitting instructions and labelled parts are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
Cleaning chemicals, trolleys, and unsupervised handling. Material selection and finish have to account for all three, which sometimes means trading a little optical clarity for durability.
What we build for you
Every one of these is made to your dimensions. The family pages explain the engineering and what we need to quote.

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly — you'll get a real answer from the person who would run your job.
Ask a questionYes, and consistency is the main engineering challenge in a rollout. We build from one frozen drawing, use jigged assembly for repeatable joints, and keep the tooling so reorders match the first batch. Each unit carries its own inspection record.
We can ship a single consolidated consignment to your distribution centre, or split shipments to individual stores with per-location labelling and packing lists. Tell us how your rollout is scheduled and we will build the dispatch plan around it.
Not always, but flat-pack designs are common for franchise rollouts because they cut freight cost substantially. We can supply units that assemble without tools, or pre-assembled where the store has no fitting resource.
Send us the drawing, the product dimensions, or just the shelf you have to work with. An engineer will tell you what is feasible and what it costs.
