Buyers evaluating an overseas manufacturer deserve more than a stock photo of a machine. This is what we run, what each process is for, and how your order is checked before it ships.

The floor

One facility, every process

Cutting, forming, polishing, bonding, printing and inspection happen in the same building. Keeping finishing in-house is what allows us to hold a tolerance and a delivery date at the same time.

Quality control

What your order passes through

We do not treat inspection as a final gate that either passes or fails at the end. Checking at three points is cheaper for both of us, because a fault caught early is a fault that has not yet consumed a production run.

Incoming material

Sheet grade, thickness and optical quality verified against specification. Material faults found here cost nothing.

In-process dimensional

Critical features measured against your drawing during cutting and forming, so drift is caught early in the batch.

Pre-shipment

Dimensions, finish, hardware function, lighting and appearance — photographed, with the record issued alongside the packing list.

Inspection records are issued per shipment. If you need a documented AQL inspection by a third party before dispatch, tell us at quotation stage and we will build it into the schedule.

Packing & export

Packed for the journey it is actually taking

Sea freight and air freight stress a carton in completely different ways: weeks of stacking pressure and humidity versus rapid handling and pressure change. Packing is specified against the mode you choose, not a single default.

How a project runs

Five steps, one point of contact, and no stage where you are left waiting without knowing what happens next.

    You send the requirement

    A drawing, a 3D model, a photo with rough dimensions, or a conversation. Whatever you have is enough to start.

  2. 02

    An engineer reviews it

    We check manufacturability — wall thickness, joint strategy, tolerance feasibility, packing and freight. You get notes, not just a number.

  3. 03

    You receive pricing and lead time

    Itemised against your specification, with tooling, material, finishing and freight separated so you can compare properly.

  4. 04

    Sample, then production

    New or unproven designs get a physical sample for approval. Only then does the production run begin.

  5. 05

    Inspected, packed, shipped

    Three QC checkpoints, photo records, and export packing built for whichever transit mode you chose.

What tolerances can you hold?

Our standard cutting tolerance is ±0.2 mm on CNC-routed profiles, tightening on specific features when a drawing calls for it. Acrylic moves with temperature and humidity, so we will flag any tolerance that will not hold in service — even if it can be machined — before you commit to it.

Which acrylic grades do you work with?

Cast and extruded acrylic in clear, opal, coloured, frosted, mirrored and anti-reflective grades, plus impact-modified sheet for high-traffic retail and PETG where chemical resistance or toughness matters more than optical clarity. Cast acrylic machines and polishes better; extruded is more economical for simple flat work.

How do you achieve a clear edge?

Diamond polishing for a flat, optically clear edge, and flame polishing where a rounded or glossier profile suits the design. Both are done by hand on complex geometry, which is why edge finish is one of the last things to be automated away — and one of the first things a buyer notices.

Can you integrate lighting, locks or hardware?

Yes. We routinely integrate edge-lit and backlit LED assemblies, concealed cable routing, cam locks and keyed locks, hinges, magnetic catches, and metal standoffs or brackets. Send the hardware specification or let us propose one.
