There is no fixed minimum. Small runs and one-off prototypes are welcome, and the unit price simply reflects the tooling and setup involved. For production quantities, cost per unit drops sharply once tooling is amortised, so it is worth telling us your realistic annual volume as well as your first order.

Ideally a 2D drawing (DWG, DXF or PDF) or a 3D model (STEP, STP or IGES). If you do not have those, a dimensioned sketch, a photo of an existing unit with approximate sizes, or even a clear description is enough to start — we will come back with the questions we need answered.

Typical production runs take 7–15 working days after drawing approval and deposit, depending on quantity, finishing complexity, and whether new tooling or a sample is required. Sampling adds roughly 5–10 days. We confirm a firm schedule with your quotation so you can plan a launch date around it.

Yes. We do not publish client drawings, and we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share files. Your tooling and designs are not used for any other customer.

Yes. Screen printing and UV digital printing are matched to Pantone references or to a physical sample you send. For colour-critical work we produce a printed sample for your approval before the run.

We ship worldwide, with regular production for customers in the United States, Australia, Japan, the European Union and the Middle East. We can ship to your own address or directly to a fulfilment centre or your client.

We can, and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot infer from it. Photographs rarely show wall thickness, joint construction or internal fixings, so we usually need a few dimensions from you or from a physical sample to quote accurately.

Photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, and send them to us within seven days of delivery. We ship with protective film and foam-lined cartons designed for the journey, and we will replace manufacturing defects and transit damage on a documented claim.

As a rule: 3 mm for small cosmetic and jewellery fitments, 5 mm for countertop stands holding light product, 8–10 mm for shelving and larger freestanding units, and 15–20 mm where the unit is structural or needs to read as substantial. Span matters more than load — an unsupported 600 mm shelf needs bracing or thicker material regardless of what it holds.

Yes, and for volume retail rollouts it is usually the right answer. Knock-down designs with solvent-welded or mechanically fixed joints cut freight volume dramatically. The trade-off is assembly time in store, so we weigh that against your installation process before recommending it.

Screen printing is the most durable and colour-accurate option for logos and repeated graphics. UV digital printing suits short runs and full-colour artwork. Laser engraving gives a permanent, subtle mark that will not wear off, and is often used for serial numbers and subtle branding on blocks and awards.

Quality cast acrylic with UV stabilisation holds clarity for many years indoors. Crazing is almost always caused by stress from over-tight fixings or by contact with solvents, not by the material itself — which is why we design joints and mounting points to avoid built-in stress.

Acrylic housings can be gasketed and sealed for outdoor or wash-down use, but acrylic is not the ideal material for prolonged UV exposure or aggressive chemicals. Tell us the environment and we will say plainly whether acrylic is the right choice or whether polycarbonate or another material serves you better.
