Restraint is the design brief
In fine jewellery, the fixture should all but disappear. We favour clear polished acrylic with a matte or suede-effect base, and avoid heavy colour because it changes how metal and stone read.
Glare destroys the product
Direct spotlights create specular highlights that hide a stone’s cut. Edge lighting through the acrylic, or diffused LEDs behind a frosted panel, illuminate the product without flattening it.
Fitted inserts protect the setting
A ring resting on its setting will damage it. We produce formed or routed inserts that hold each piece as intended, working from dimensions or from the physical piece.
Displays travel to shows
Trade and trunk-show units need to survive transport and be re-dressed quickly. Cases, inserts and covers are designed as one system rather than a trolley of separate parts.

Ask a questionWhat finishes suit fine jewellery best?
Usually a restrained combination: clear polished acrylic with a soft matte or suede-effect base, so nothing competes with the metal. High-gloss white and deep satin black are the other reliable choices. We avoid heavy colour in jewellery fixtures because it shifts how the product reads.
How do you light jewellery displays without glare?
Edge lighting through the acrylic itself, or diffused LED strips set behind a frosted panel, both avoid the sharp specular highlights that direct spotlights create on metal and stone. We test the lighting arrangement on the sample so you can see it before the run.
Can you make fitted inserts for specific pieces?
Yes. Send the piece dimensions, or a physical sample for exact fitting, and we will produce a formed or routed insert that holds each item at the intended angle without the item resting on its setting.
