How we work
Built around how buyers actually purchase
Most of our customers are outside China, and most are buying a manufactured part against a specification rather than picking from a shelf. So the business is organised around the questions that creates: can you hit this tolerance, how do you prove it, what happens if something is wrong, and when will it arrive.
That is why every enquiry starts with an engineering review rather than a price list, why inspection is documented rather than promised, and why packing is specified against the freight mode you actually chose.

These are not values on a wall. Each one has a direct cost when we follow it, which is how you can tell it is real.
Say what is true, including when it costs us the order
If a tolerance will not hold in service, if a material is wrong for the environment, or if a design will not manufacture economically, we say so before you commit. Winning a job we cannot deliver well costs more than losing it.
Quote from geometry, not from a photograph
Anyone can price a picture. Reviewing the actual geometry is what surfaces the wall thickness, joint strategy and tolerance problems that decide whether a display still looks right after a year on a shop floor.
Answer on a schedule, not when chased
International projects fail on silence more often than on capability. You get updates on a rhythm, and one named contact who owns your job from enquiry to delivery.
Keep the finishing in-house
Subcontracting a polishing or printing step is how tolerances drift and dates slip. Every process that affects how the finished unit looks and fits happens under our roof.

Documented QC at three checkpoints
Incoming material check, in-process dimensional check, and pre-shipment inspection with photo records. You get the inspection report with the shipment, not on request.
Lead times you can build a launch around
Sampling, tooling and production slots are scheduled together so a retail rollout date is something we plan backwards from, not hope for.

An engineer reviews it
We check manufacturability — wall thickness, joint strategy, tolerance feasibility, packing and freight. You get notes, not just a number.

You receive pricing and lead time
Itemised against your specification, with tooling, material, finishing and freight separated so you can compare properly.

Sample, then production
New or unproven designs get a physical sample for approval. Only then does the production run begin.

Inspected, packed, shipped
Three QC checkpoints, photo records, and export packing built for whichever transit mode you chose.
