Custom acrylic fabrication — drawings reviewed by engineers, reply within one business day
Custom acrylic fabrication
We fabricate custom acrylic display stands, boxes, trays and housings for retail, cosmetics, electronics and museum projects. Send a drawing or a sketch — an engineer reviews the geometry and quotes against your specification.

Note for the site owner: figures marked [ verify ] are placeholders. Confirm them with the factory, then set verified: true insrc/config/business.ts. Publishing unverified tolerances or capacities is a false-advertising risk in the US and EU.
Our products
Six core families, each engineered around the product it presents. Every one is made to your dimensions — none of these are fixed catalogue sizes.

Why buyers choose us
Most acrylic suppliers quote from a photograph. We quote from the geometry, and we tell you when a design will not manufacture well before you spend money on it.
Send a sketch, a STEP file or a photo of an existing unit. You get manufacturability feedback — wall thickness, joint strategy, tolerance feasibility — before anyone quotes a price.
Incoming material check, in-process dimensional check, and pre-shipment inspection with photo records. You get the inspection report with the shipment, not on request.
Sampling, tooling and production slots are scheduled together so a retail rollout date is something we plan backwards from, not hope for.
A single English-speaking account engineer owns your project from enquiry to delivery, with updates on a schedule rather than when you chase.
Industries we serve
A perfume tester unit and a phone security display solve different problems. We design for the category, not for a generic shelf.

Perfume, skincare, colour cosmetics and e-cigarette displays with the finish quality that luxury beauty brands are judged on.

Inside the factory
CNC routing, laser cutting and engraving, thermoforming, diamond and flame polishing, solvent and UV bonding, and screen printing — under one roof. That matters because outsourcing a finishing step is where tolerance and lead time usually get lost.

Five steps, one point of contact, and no stage where you are left waiting without knowing what happens next.
A drawing, a 3D model, a photo with rough dimensions, or a conversation. Whatever you have is enough to start.
We check manufacturability — wall thickness, joint strategy, tolerance feasibility, packing and freight. You get notes, not just a number.
Itemised against your specification, with tooling, material, finishing and freight separated so you can compare properly.
New or unproven designs get a physical sample for approval. Only then does the production run begin.
Three QC checkpoints, photo records, and export packing built for whichever transit mode you chose.
Who we work with
We are set up to work alongside design agencies and to supply brands directly — whichever fits how you buy.
You have the concept and the client. We handle DFM feedback, prototyping and repeat production runs under your brand.

Ask a questionAs a rule: 3 mm for small cosmetic and jewellery fitments, 5 mm for countertop stands holding light product, 8–10 mm for shelving and larger freestanding units, and 15–20 mm where the unit is structural or needs to read as substantial. Span matters more than load — an unsupported 600 mm shelf needs bracing or thicker material regardless of what it holds.
Yes, and for volume retail rollouts it is usually the right answer. Knock-down designs with solvent-welded or mechanically fixed joints cut freight volume dramatically. The trade-off is assembly time in store, so we weigh that against your installation process before recommending it.
Screen printing is the most durable and colour-accurate option for logos and repeated graphics. UV digital printing suits short runs and full-colour artwork. Laser engraving gives a permanent, subtle mark that will not wear off, and is often used for serial numbers and subtle branding on blocks and awards.
Quality cast acrylic with UV stabilisation holds clarity for many years indoors. Crazing is almost always caused by stress from over-tight fixings or by contact with solvents, not by the material itself — which is why we design joints and mounting points to avoid built-in stress.
Acrylic housings can be gasketed and sealed for outdoor or wash-down use, but acrylic is not the ideal material for prolonged UV exposure or aggressive chemicals. Tell us the environment and we will say plainly whether acrylic is the right choice or whether polycarbonate or another material serves you better.
Even a rough sketch is enough to start. You will get manufacturability notes, pricing and a lead time — and an honest answer if acrylic is not the right material for the job.
